A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting located in Little Rock, AR. This contract position offers flexibility in caseload size, tailored to your preferences, providing a balanced and manageable workload. The role is open to candidates at all experience levels, including Clinical Fellows (CFs), with an immediate start date.
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy to students within the K-12 population
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on student needs and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in meetings and IEP planning sessions as required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Eligibility for or possession of state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings is highly desirable
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educational teams and families
