Summary

Your role in our mission
- Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
- Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations.
- Lead small team that supports accounts during both implementation and production.
- Tracking and oversight of development deliverables to ensure client/project deadlines are met.
- Communicate with the project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed
- Manage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed
- Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions
- 9+ years of IT experience to include project management, business analysis, application implementation and support, troubleshooting, managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of Healthcare experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid systems a plus
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Influencer that who can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
- Remote position (US only)
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
