Key Responsibilities Conduct audits to ensure accuracy of provider and care center information and reimbursement by payer Track and report outcomes of payer audits and assist in maximizing cash flow Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and resolve payment issues
Required Qualifications High School Graduate Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) 3+ years of experience with payer contracts and/or auditing payer payments
Experience with Trizetto EOB resolve tool or equivalent contract management software 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office preferred
