SummaryProvides strategic and operational HR partnership focused on talent strategy, workforce planning, compliance, and employee experience specific to research environments. The Partner acts as a trusted advisor to research leadership, Principal Investigators (PIs), and research teams, while serving as a connector to HR Centers of Excellence to ensure tailored, compliant, and responsive solutions.
Required EducationHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent
Recommended EducationBachelor's degree in a related field of study.
Required Work Experience Recommended Work ExperienceRelated field - 4+ years of progressive HR experience; experience in research, academic medicine, or grant-funded environments strongly preferred.
Required Certifications Recommended CertificationsProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) – HRCI, SHRM-CP – SHRM
