- Develop Recruitment Strategies Create and implement effective plans to attract and retain qualified drivers.
- Set & Achieve Goals
Establish clear recruiting targets and work proactively to meet or exceed them. - Lead Outreach Campaigns Plan and execute creative initiatives to engage high-quality driver candidates.
- Engage with Candidates Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Host Informational Sessions Organize and lead orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
- Streamline the Hiring Process Guide applicants from initial contact through final onboarding and vehicle assignment.
- Manage Applicant Flow Track candidates, maintain accurate records, and update our applicant tracking system.
- Provide Reporting & Insights
Deliver regular recruitment progress reports to leadership. - Support Team Success Work closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high driver satisfaction.
- Build Strong Relationships Foster positive relationships with drivers and staff to support long-term retention.
- Promote a Positive Culture Contribute to a supportive, service-focused, team-oriented workplace.
- Demonstrate Initiative Perform other duties as assigned to help achieve recruitment goals.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, or sales (preferred)
- Goal-driven and motivated with strong sourcing instincts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Dependable, proactive, and self‑motivated
