Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing payroll operations efficiently and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle payroll processes and a commitment to accuracy.

The salary range will be $55,000 - $60,000 DOE with strong benefits and opportunity to grow with a well-respected local company!

Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for employees with precision and timeliness, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

- Handle full-cycle payroll operations, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments.

- Manage payroll for 101-500 employees while maintaining organized records and documentation.

- Administer garnishments and other deductions according to legal requirements.

- Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy before finalization.

- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to maintain seamless payroll processes.

- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information at all times.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in payroll coordination or a related role.

- Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes, including calculations and reconciliations.

- Experience managing payroll for mid-sized teams (101-500 employees).

- Knowledge of garnishments and related legal requirements.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills for addressing employee concerns and collaborating with teams.

- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Familiarity with payroll software and systems is preferred.
