A staffing agency is seeking a Recruiter in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Recruiter will manage applicant tracking processes, conduct phone screens, and support recruiting initiatives. The role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as a willingness to learn about the construction industry. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm or 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and the pay is $18.00 an hour.
