The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. Recruiter Salary range: $77,900 – $99,325

• Drives end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution to ensure business areas are staffed with high-quality talent in alignment with operational goals.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing data-driven guidance and challenging assumptions to improve hiring decisions.
• Partners with management to define talent needs and align hiring strategies with effective selection decisions.
• Uses market insights and talent data to maintain a competitive position and inform sourcing strategies.
• Refines recruiting strategies using market data to increase the efficiency and impact of hiring efforts.
• Coordinates and executes outreach and recruiting events such as career fairs to expand the talent pool and strengthen the organizational brand.
• Develops partnerships with educational institutions to support early-career talent pipelines and intern programs.
• Maintains consistent adherence to recruitment processes and ensures full compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Collaborates on workforce planning and hiring prioritization to focus recruitment resources on the highest-priority needs.
• Analyzes recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall experience for candidates and hiring managers.

• 5 years of experience of full-cycle recruiting in a consultative environment

• Bachelor’s Degree Business, finance, human resources or related field or 2 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources or related field

• Thorough knowledge of state and federal employment laws;
• In-depth understanding of general hiring and promotion practices;
• The ability to maintain corporate and employee confidentiality at all times;
• Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders
