In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.

You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of the SAP Consulting team you are expected to manage entire life-cycle implementations of SAP Employee Central Payroll from planning to configuration through go‑live. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for maintaining project success, upholding senior standards, and leveraging team strengths to deliver on client expectations.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6 years of experience

• Configuring and implementing SAP Success Factors/HCM solutions
• Managing end‑to‑end implementations of SAP Employee Central Payroll
• Functional and technical experience in Employee Central Payroll
• Providing SAP Success Factors product and implementation specialization
• Leading teams and driving their work
• Managing work streams and determining escalation
• Broad abilities with Microsoft Office Products
• Business analysis and requirements gathering
• Creating a positive team environment
