We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant (Developer/Configuration) with 5–9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud
. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in configuring ERP modules, supporting business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality functional solutions.

• Configure and support Oracle ERP Cloud modules such as:
  • Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Procurement (P2P)
  • Projects (Costing, Billing, Grants)
  • Supply Chain (as applicable)
  • Subscription Management (if relevant to business)
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
• Set up functional configurations – chart of accounts, approval workflows, transaction setups, reporting structures, etc.
• Build and support OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS reports
  .
• Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT cycles, and drive issue resolution.
• Work with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and data migration
  .
• Provide functional support during cutover, go‑live, and hypercare phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP functional issues in production.

• 5–9 years of functional experience in Oracle ERP (Fusion Cloud preferred; E‑Business Suite acceptable with Cloud exposure).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in configuration and functional setups for at least one stream:
  • Finance (R2R)
  • Procurement (P2P)
  • Projects (Costing/Billing/Grants)
  • O2C / Subscription Management
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end ERP processes –
  R2R, P2P, O2C, Projects
  .
• Hands‑on experience with ERP Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS).
• Ability to work with business users and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Good problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience in 2–3 end‑to‑end ERP Cloud implementations
  .
• Exposure to ERP–EPM integrations
  .
• Domain experience in industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Subscription‑based businesses.
• Experience working in global support environments
  .
