User Support Specialist

Dillard's is looking for a User Support Specialist. This person will maintain various applications, which entails system administration skills, basic computer knowledge and documenting procedures for end users. The User Support Specialist evaluates a given problem, diagnoses it to find the root cause, and then either solves the problem or involves the relevant business group.

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point) is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, both in a team setting and independently.
Strong organizational skills

Retail store management experience.
