Net Suite Education Consultant at Oracle - Little Rock, AR.

Net Suite Education Services provides comprehensive instructional programs to ensure our customers, partners and employees have the knowledge to achieve the highest level of success. The Education Consultant plays a critical role in achieving this objective. They work collaboratively with customers to build product knowledge, increase user adoption and achieve return on investment by designing and delivering high‑quality, process‑based tailored training that promotes Net Suite standard processes.

This role focuses primarily on customers implementing Net Suite and may also deliver training to partners and existing customers. The consultant delivers instructor‑led onsite and virtual end‑user training, develops custom curricula, creates materials and ensures optimal user adoption.

• Advise customers on applying their learning subscription and develop a Learning Action Plan strategy to accommodate all user training needs to drive adoption of the configured Net Suite system.
• Recommend standard methodologies from a user adoption, training, and business management perspective.
• Deliver customer‑specific end‑user training based on needs and timing, including UAT, go‑live, post‑go‑live, refresher, or subject‑matter‑expert sessions.
• Apply adult learning techniques and adjust the training solution according to specific customer requirements.
• Understand the Net Suite application in all functional areas relevant to customer end‑user learning requirements; apply this knowledge to solve business challenges.
• Take full ownership of multiple concurrent customer training projects, interacting with customers for logistics, knowledge transfers and follow‑ups.
• Partner and collaborate with internal teams to drive success using a unified approach.
• Incorporate learning‑industry standard methodologies and techniques in daily engagements.
• Deliver engaging interactive webinar or onsite event sessions to highlight value and product features.
• Grow product knowledge and experience to provide content insights for course development.
• Participate in the development of new offerings and improvement to processes, providing feedback and suggestions to education program management.
• Keep up‑to‑date on current and new product rollouts to ensure functional and technical knowledge and presentation skills are continuously upgraded.
• Adhere to Education Services Delivery methods, processes, procedures, and policies in the development and delivery of education services.

• Minimum 3 years of cloud‑based software or related professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.
• Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills; competent with audience‑engagement methods and techniques for all audiences.
• Resourceful, motivated, and competitive with a "roll‑up‑the‑sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude.
• Understanding of common industry standards related to ERP and standard business practices in Accounting, Inventory Management, and/or Software/Services management functions.
• Ability to listen and advise customers on pertinent solutions to drive adoption of existing products and expansion into new products.
• Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands and reprioritize as timelines shift.
• Highly adaptable and open to change to best serve customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for documentation development, curriculum review, delivery, and communication.
