Additional InformationSupervises a team of analysts that build and maintain data analytics solutions that are a key part of the AC strategic plan. Researches best practices, performs the most complex analysis, and develops basic solutions that are reliable, accurate, and timely providing key improvements.
Preferred Experience- Experience leading analytics, software development, data engineering, or other technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands‑on technical work with team leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience designing, implementing, or supporting analytics, reporting, data engineering, predictive analytics, or decision‑support solutions.
- Experience working directly with physicians, clinical leadership, operational leaders, or other business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in healthcare analytics, clinical operations, healthcare technology, or related healthcare environments.
- Experience supporting predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives, including implementation, governance, monitoring, or operationalization.
- Experience with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms such as Epic Cogito, Caboodle, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, system design, and the development of scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Experience developing and mentoring technical staff.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Recommended EducationBachelor's degree in a related field of study.
Required Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.
