Summary:
The HR Systems Specialist provides support to the various end users for HR programs, systems and software. This is included but not limited to the setup and maintenance of all aspects of Human Resource software. Duties include serving as the first point of contact for questions, issues and troubleshooting of human resources systems and programs. Collect and analyze data to ensure that HR processes are successfully and efficiently executed.
Work with other team members and end users to identify and address problems. Provides user training and hands‑on support.
Other information:
Must have two years of experience to include creating reports, workflow analysis, training end‑users and development of technical procedural manuals. Prior experience working in a healthcare organization is preferred. Additional education and or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position. Must be able to understand connectivity, integration and employee data flow among software systems, perform intermediate level system changes and investigate and troubleshoot problems regarding the system.
Must have exceptional analytical skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and the ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
