Site Reliability Engineer – Zoom (Little Rock, AR)

We are looking for an SRE to join the Workvivo Infrastructure team to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability. You will monitor production environments, build and manage platform infrastructure, and improve software reliability and time‑to‑market.

• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time‑to‑market of our suite of software solutions.
• Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement.
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large‑scale distributed software applications.
• Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
• Partner with development teams to improve services through intensive testing and release procedures.
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning, and create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.

• 3+ years of professional SRE experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as ECS, EKS, Lambda, IAM, S3, Route
  53, and Cloud Watch.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, etc.
• Experience with IAC tools such as Terraform and Cloud Formation.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Experience working with hosted web applications/SaaS.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for mission‑critical tasks.
• Work collaboratively in a team and participate in infrastructure and process discussions and planning.
• Programming skills in one or more high‑level languages (Python, PHP, Node.js, Go, JavaScript).
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
