IT Support Specialist

OverviewFull‑time, hourly position in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities include supporting endpoint devices, network infrastructure, business applications, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support.
Required Skills- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
- Ability to quickly write reports, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Experience providing desktop support or similar IT support roles
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Azure environments including Intune, Defender, Entra
- Knowledge of Group Policy, Active Directory, and virtualized server systems (VMware)
- Basic understanding of SaaS applications and hardware repair coordination
- Ability to multi‑task and maintain composure in demanding situations
- COMPTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Print Services, and printer hardware
- Hands‑on experience with physical network wiring, termination, and cabling
- Understanding of imaging tools like Microsoft Intune and MDM platforms
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant desktop support or network administration experience preferred
- Familiarity with VMWARE, AWS, and cloud‑based platforms beneficial
- Ability to assist with physical network wiring and hardware repairs
- Capable of supporting new hires and terminations within the IT infrastructure
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and process improvement

Estimated Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
