S&D Coffee seeks an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide end-user support for desktops, smartphones, and applications in Concord, Little Rock and field locations. The role includes Windows patching, imaging, AD management, and remote assistance with on-call 7x24 rotation approximately every third week.
Some travel is expected. Responsibilities include troubleshooting in a networked environment, maintaining IT assets, and assisting security planning with Systems Admins.
