- Intermediate to support IT Patient Systems with a focus on Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, and Authorizations. This role requires acting independently under general supervision, demonstrating expertise in system functionality, integration, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure system integrity, support process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and business needs. Summary of

Job Duties:

The role involves system build and configuration, problem solving, professional performance, integrated application management, and project management. The candidate will be required to rotate 24/7 on-call duties, work occasionally more than eight hours per day, and face moderate to high job-related stress. Occasional overnight travel may be required for training, evaluating vendor systems at other customer sites, or industry conferences. This position will primarily work remotely from home, but must be able to travel to campus and/or University Towers to attend meetings and support application analyst staff to meet our Service Level Agreements.
