Senior Data & AI Tech Product Lead

• Establish and lead the enterprise Data & AI Product Management framework, including product governance, success measurement, Data-as-a-Product standards, AI lifecycle management, Responsible AI practices, and value realization processes
• Establish and manage the Data & AI product intake and demand management process
• Evaluate requests, prioritize initiatives, and align investments with strategic objectives, resource capacity, and business value
• Define and maintain the Data & AI product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities
• Champion Data-as-a-Product principles and manage a portfolio of enterprise data products
• Own the AI product portfolio lifecycle, including opportunity identification, business case development, experimentation, value measurement, adoption, and retirement
• Develop business cases, success metrics, KPIs, adoption measures, and value realization frameworks
• Partner with Data & AI Engineering and business stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritized product backlogs, requirements, features, and delivery plans
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business units, driving alignment, transparency, and adoption
• Facilitate collaboration among technology, analytics, operations, and business teams
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, competitive offerings, and AI innovations
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Governance teams to ensure adherence to applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Develop executive communications, presentations, training materials, and reporting

• BS/BA degree
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience using Jira, Confluence, and Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Strong understanding of product management practices, methodologies, and lifecycle management
• Ability to develop and communicate strategic product roadmaps and investment plans
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Strong financial acumen, including development of business cases, ROI analysis, and value measurement
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across business and technology teams
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with audiences ranging from working teams to executive leadership
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively present complex technical concepts in business-friendly language
• Effective negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Experience identifying, prioritizing, and delivering AI and Generative AI use cases that create measurable business value
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI product adoption strategies
• Experience translating AI capabilities into business outcomes and operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency to meet expected deadlines
• Comfort and ability to present to senior leadership and train sales leadership
• Ability to collaborate with multiple partners across the bank, create effective challenge, and build consensus across a common goal
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement
