IT Service Desk
Compensation$65,000 - $80,000

- Deliver responsive on-site IT support, serving as the primary point of contact for all user incidents and requests
- Own full-cycle ticketing management: triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues using the internal IT support portal
- Manage new and exiting user hardware, network/phone setups, and recurring device lifecycle tasks for 100+ employees
- Oversee IT asset inventory and physical allocation
- 1+ year of IT support experience, including help desk/ticketing systems (any platform)
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments and basic networking
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing setting
