Location: Nashville, TN | Memphis, TN | Little Rock, AR
We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join a highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm. This role offers meaningful case ownership, strong internal support, and a collaborative, results-driven environment without billable‑hour pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through trial
- Manage cases that may resolve in pre‑litigation or proceed through litigation
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate closely with colleagues
- Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented firm culture
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license (TN or AR, or ability to become licensed)
- 3+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Litigation or trial experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter who is reliable, engaged, and team-oriented
- Pre‑Litigation Track: $90k+ base salary + year‑end bonus
