This position focuses on managing freight planning, load assignments, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Little Rock candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions, while remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training, while experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

• Assign freight loads and monitor shipment progress
• Track shipments and maintain operational documentation
• Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
• Maintain detailed dispatch logs and operational records
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency, including dispatch/tracking systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Experience optional; full training provided
