The Route Service Delivery Driver’s primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, accelerate growth through upselling, manage account information, and work safely while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).
Job DetailsSchedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)
Start Time: Between 6 am – 7 am until workload completed
Compensation: $61,160 salary + customer tips (paid weekly)

- Operate a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly, following safe work practices and completing DOT documentation daily.
- Adhere to safety policies, including prohibition of electronic device use while driving and reporting incidents.
- Be courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image.
- Deliver correct products to correct locations during scheduled times.
- Maintain accurate delivery information, including cash and receipts.
- Identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and provide actionable solutions to leadership.
- Support the team by assisting with decisions and helping others when needed.
- Provide professional water‑dispenser cleaning services in accordance with quality process.
- Follow pricing and promotion guidelines set by Primo Brands.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and meet monthly acquisition goals.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement;
Primo Brands can assist in obtaining the CDL. - Service‑oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
- Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each up to 60 lbs, using appropriate handling tools.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40–55 times per day.
- Ability to work an average 45‑hour week or more, with variable start and end times.
- Must obtain a DOT medical card for employment.
- Clean driving record: within the last 3 years only one license, no suspensions or revocations, no major offenses, no more than two moving violations, and no reckless incidents.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong English language skills for customer communication and teamwork.
