Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Little Rock, AR that is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2-4+ years of experience in merchandising, procurement, supply chain, or sales support. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service distribution, wholesale, or retail grocery environments and a strong ability to support category managers, sales teams, and regional operations. This person must be a reliable merchandising professional who can execute pricing and promotion initiatives, maintain accurate product data, quickly resolve field issues, and serve as a trusted partner to merchandising leadership.

Responsibilities:

* Manage item setup, maintenance, and pricing updates

* Coordinate with vendors regarding product, pricing, and promotional activities

* Support promotional execution and performance tracking

* Maintain accurate SKU, cost, and product data across multiple locations

* Resolve item, pricing, inventory, and supply-related discrepancies

* Support category managers and sales teams with reporting and operational requests

REQUIREMENTS:

* 2-4+ years of merchandising, procurement, supply chain, or related experience

* Experience supporting category management, sales, or operations teams

* Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

* Experience working with ERP, inventory, or merchandising systems

* Ability to manage large item files, pricing records, and product databases

* Product lifecycle management (setup, pricing, promotions, discontinuations)

* Experience with pricing structures, margins, and vendor programs

* Experience with inventory flow and supply chain fundamentals

* Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

* Proactive and accountable approach to work

* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

* Dependable, responsive, and adaptable to changing priorities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
