description

• manages, plans, and directs the supply cart system daily operations including staffing, supplies, equipment, and space. Develops and maintain inventory level for daily operations.
• develop and implement departmental policies and procedures for the receipt, storage, and control of supplies and equipment in supply cart.
• manages, analyzes, and plans for operational budgets and the charging system for supplies.
• monitors inventory items to identify usage trends or patterns and adjusts inventory levels to address seasonal usage.
• collaborates with stakeholders on new items, contracted items, and the standardization of supplies and equipment.
• manages and monitors the department’s compliance with cms, joint commissions, other regulatory bodies, organization’s policies and procedures.
• talent management from hiring, training, performance management, and manage employee’s cycle at arkansas children to align with organization goals and performance metrics
• performs other related duties as assigned.
