FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Join Crothall Healthcare as a Floor Technician in our Environmental Services division.

Little Rock, AR – Baptist Health, 9601 Baptist Health Drive. Full‑time schedule, days may vary between 2:30 pm and 11:00 pm. Must be able to work every other weekend. Online applications accepted only.

Fixed hourly rate: $14.00 per hour.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp cleaning, spot extraction, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
