* Manage project from estimating/bidding, detailing, product purchasing, delivery, scheduling, installation, and construction administration.

* Develop and maintain relationships with all clients including local general contractors and end-users.

* Maintain a library of product knowledge information from current and prospective vendors/manufacturers.

* Collaborate with installation teams to efficiently furnish and install projects.

* Prepare submittals for approval.

* Review project proposal/plan to determine anticipated time frame, funding limitations, procedures to accomplish goals, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.

* Establish work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.

* Manage, plan, and coordinate activities to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters.

* Travel is required.
