* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Operates mills & lathes as required to fabricate required part(s).
* Inspects parts visually for defects.
* Trims parts as needed.
* Measure pipe/parts/fitting ensuring the quality of the pipe/parts/fitting meets QC data specifications.
* Escalates possible scrap issues to supervisor or Quality for verification.
* Completes production tickets with the proper information for audit purposes.
* Keeps assigned work area clean.
* Other duties as assigned.##
* Required Skills/Abilities:
** Ability to perform hot air or extrusion welding.
* Ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications.
* Ability to operate calipers, micrometers, Pi tapes, etc.
* Ability to use bandsaw and router.
* Ability to read and follow specifications as required to mold required part(s).
* Ability of read and write English.
* Ability to work with minimum direction.
* Abilit to identify different materials and products.
* Knowledge of measuring and testing devices.
* Knowledge of machine and tooling functions/interactions.
* Ability to attain and maintain fabrication skill certification.##

* Education and Experience:

** High school diploma or GED required.
* Two (2) plus years fabrication experience preferred.
* Experience working in fast pace, high change environment.##
* Working Conditions /

Physical Requirements:

** Exposure to machine noise.
* Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production area.
* Working conditions are normal for a high-volume manufacturing environment.
* Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds and working in and around heavy equipment.
* Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots.
* This role may require walking in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
