Position: Cabinet Fabricator - Little Rock, AR

Only qualified candidates with the below experience will be considered for this position.

Assemble and complete the most complex aircraft cabinet components at or above the expected standards of safety, quality, schedule and cost, using engineering and industrial definitions, procedures and guidelines that support the delivery to the aircraft for all aircraft models. Promote and foster a positive work environment, and display a respectful attitude. Mentor co-workers and fill in for the Team Leader when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in aircraft cabinetry, carpentry or fabrication
• Proficient in all of the following areas with low or no rework
  • Sub assembly
  • Mortise and Tenon (must be qualified), most complex carcass assemblies
  • Veneer and laminate application
  • Final assembly and cabinet installation
• Able to work custom inlays, mirror and exotic assemblies
• Able to set up and operate all standard equipment or tools
• Good working knowledge of math and geometry:
  Able to work in both metric and imperial units of measure
• Strong communication skills
• Knows the importance of schedules and budgets and helps team achieve objectives
• Computer proficient
• Able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have visual capacity and muscular dexterity to work on fine detail, high cost products with a minimum of errors and rework
• Able to work with engineering and industrial definition using 2D/3D data, company standards and work instructions to build aircraft cabinet components
• Must be able to work with adhesives and chemicals
• Must not be allergic to industrial chemicals
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
