This position contributes to our vision by:
This position will perform electrical wire harness installation at partner sites.

• Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites
• Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly
• Rework connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness Wrap and tie wires
• Route wires
• Change routing/ breakouts
• Perform Electrical Tests
• Complete associated paperwork
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture
• Ability to obtain and sustain Operator Self Verification (OSV)
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
  Regular, predictable attendance is required;

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 0-2 years of wiring experience
• Basic wiring experience or a combination of experience and training
• Capable of completing new hire training course requirements
• Experience in Wiring Manufacturing or MRO desirable
• Wiring knowledge (Basic)
• Aircraft experience a plus
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skills (Basic)
• The dedication to understand technical issues and seek resolution
• Stable work history
• Willing to work any shift
