• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be Machine Operator or above

• Familiarity with internal inventory and tracking systems
• Certified on forklifts (up to G50)
• Must be able to work with large data sets (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Teamwork
• Safety-minded
• Emotional intelligence (soft skills)
• Attention to detail
• Willing to train others
• Flexibility

• Previous leadership experience is a plus

• Regular and predictable attendance
• Required to work within Microsoft Office applications
• Operate plant machinery (forklifts) and online systems (RFS, JDE, etc.)
• Stand and/or walk for a prolonged period
• Perform manual packaging tasks
• Operate equipment and systems
• Perform repetitive tasks

• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, standing for extended periods of time
• Must be forklift certified, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
• Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able and willing to comply with PPE requirements at all times
• Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces
• Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
