Description

At Morin Corporation, we manufacture high‑performance architectural metal wall and roof systems used on commercial buildings across North America. We manufacture some of the most visually striking architectural metal panel systems in the country, and pride in workmanship and product quality is essential.

Our Little Rock facility is looking for mechanically inclined, technically capable individuals who want to build a long‑term career in advanced manufacturing.

This is not a basic production role. We are seeking individuals who can learn complex manufacturing equipment, work with precision, understand measurements and tolerances, identify quality issues, and contribute to a fast‑paced manufacturing operation producing premium architectural building products.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, industrial equipment, construction materials, sheet metal, machining, maintenance, or other technical trades are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up, operate, and monitor roll‑forming and metal fabrication equipment
  • Read tape measures, work orders, production specifications, and engineering dimensions accurately
  • Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to maintain production quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, appearance, and overall quality
  • Work with sheet metal products and precision manufacturing equipment
  • Support preventative maintenance, tooling changes, and equipment setup activities
  • Identify production issues and communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams
  • Maintain safe and organized work areas in a manufacturing environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Cross‑train on multiple production lines and manufacturing processes
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and understand measurements/tolerances
  • Experience operating manufacturing machinery or industrial equipment preferred
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality products
  • Ability to recognize defects, inconsistencies, and quality concerns
  • Comfort working with computers, machine interfaces, and production systems
  • Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn advanced manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
Preferred Backgrounds

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Sheet metal fabrication
  • CNC equipment
  • Press brakes, shears, lasers, or punching machines
  • Building materials manufacturing
  • Welding or fabrication
  • Technical trades or vocational programs
  • Manufacturing technology programs
  • Military mechanical/technical experience
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical school, trade school, military technical training, or manufacturing certifications are a plus
  • Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around moving equipment and machinery
