Manufacturing Production Supervisor – Little Rock, AR

As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will lead shift activities for crew in the assigned department, driving results in EHS, quality, and productivity to align with plant goals. You will foster a safe working environment, oversee training, provide critical communication, supervise employees, and ensure production processes meet daily targets. Key responsibilities include continuous improvement, lean management deployment, and leadership representation during off‑shifts.

• Ensure a safe working environment through formal inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, problem solving, and root‑cause analysis for EHS and quality.
• Provide training and effective communication to employees.
• Directly supervise and develop production and hourly employees.
• Plan and coordinate priorities, allocate work assignments, and regulate production to meet daily requirements.
• Monitor production rates, yields, and quality, providing feedback to employees and supervisors.
• Organize and review changeovers to minimize downtime and manage scheduling, quality, and runtime issues.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen continuous improvement sessions, and make process suggestions to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Implement lean management systems and cost‑reduction programs to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Serve as part of the Little Rock Leadership Group with responsibility for midnight and/or afternoon shift

• Act as the primary plant management representative during off‑shifts.

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• At least five (5) combined years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Associate’s Degree or higher (optional).
• One (1) year of supervisory and/or management experience (optional).
• One (1) year of experience troubleshooting and problem‑solving in a manufacturing environment (optional).
• Participation in Green Belt projects or a Green Belt certification (optional).

Little Rock, Arkansas – On‑site

May include up to 5% domestic travel.

Expected compensation range: $95,591 – $116,834 (inclusive of base pay and variable incentive pay).
