Maintenance Technician

Elopak has built a new state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Little Rock. We are looking for hands‑on, experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join the pack! If you have proven industrial maintenance experience and familiarity with PLCs, this is an opportunity you need to pursue with a global company.

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair to industrial production machinery and equipment
• Cooperate with supervisors, machine operators, and other maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and repair of production equipment
• Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting motors, belts, drives, replace filters, and other preventative maintenance actions
• Troubleshoot and repair all types of plant and production equipment (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, etc.)
• Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Must have excellent mechanical skills and knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for production equipment.
• Ability to communicate across departments
• Ability to work with a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Must have 2+ years experience in maintenance.
