The Production Shift Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR, responsible for overseeing daily production activities during assigned shifts. This role manages production lines, monitors workflow, and ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. The supervisor coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks, and adjusts plans as needed to meet output goals and timelines.
Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and coaching production team members, resolving operational issues, enforcing safety and food-handling policies, and maintaining accurate shift documentation. The role also involves collaborating with management and other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or supervisory training in manufacturing or food production is a plus.
