We’re looking for a motivated Production Technician to join our team and help us continue building a supportive and high-performing workplace.

• Operate production machinery and perform tasks in producing, packing, and shipping flour and crisp rice products.
• Safely operate forklifts or other powered equipment when needed.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and process control policies.
• Complete and maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify and report defective materials or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support production goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (food or chemical industry preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting production documents and customer orders.
• Basic computer knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to work extended shifts and weekends as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Standing for long periods; occasional stooping, bending, and kneeling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and climb ladders as needed.
• Work with PPE in a fast-paced, non-air-conditioned plant environment.
• Exposure to dust, rotating equipment, hot/cold temperatures, noise, wet floors, and moving lift equipment.
