We are dedicated to quality, sustainability, and the success of our employees. We're seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee employees and activities in our rice manufacturing facility. This role is key to ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily production line activities and ensure on‑time start‑ups.
  • Supervise and support production employees throughout the shift.
  • Maintain and enforce productivity, reliability, and accuracy standards.
  • Monitor production results, material usage, waste, and downtime.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to meet and maintain product standards.
  • Identify and resolve equipment or production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Train, coach, motivate, reward, and discipline employees as needed.
  • Assist the Production Manager with staffing, scheduling, timecards, and overtime management.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety and company policies.
  • Work cross‑functionally with other departments to resolve production‑related challenges.
  • Stay knowledgeable on all operating systems in the work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a modern food manufacturing facility.
  • Strong knowledge of production practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate employees.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Commitment to excellence, quality, and safety.
  • Basic competence in performing subordinates’ duties when needed.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
