Production Manager
PPG Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the second shift at the Cleveland, OH plant. You will supervise batching, mixing, filling, and packaging of automotive coatings, ensure schedules and deliveries, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
You will coach operators, manage staffing, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime, while maintaining shift records and KPI tracking. The role reports to the Production Superintendent and offers strong benefits.
