The Ad Buyer & Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the execution and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns. This role works closely with the Marketing Director to manage budgets, improve performance, and scale results across platforms.
In addition to paid media management, this position provides reporting support for the Local Marketing Program and assists with basic marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable performance outcomes.
Position InformationIn‑office part‑time position, located in Little Rock, AR.
Approximately 20 hours per week between Monday–Friday 9am – 5pm.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Marketing Director to establish and manage advertising budgets and performance goals.
- Own day‑to‑day execution of paid digital campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Google, and other channels.
- Manage targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and creative testing to drive performance.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize to scale results and improve efficiency.
- Test and implement new ad formats, audience segments, and messaging strategies.
- Deliver clear performance reporting and actionable insights to the Marketing Director.
- Provide operational support and report on program performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Perform basic website SEO to support organic search visibility.
- Assist with ongoing website updates to improve traffic and overall digital performance.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
- Pursuing or holding a 4‑year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of hands‑on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with leadership.
