Kids First is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Intake Team in the Administrative Office. Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator/RN, this role provides compassionate, high-quality clinical nursing care to children enrolled in local KIDS FIRST clinics. The LPN supports multiple clinic sites by completing intake activities and delivering nursing services from the Administrative Office, while ensuring safe, developmentally appropriate care in accordance with program guidelines, state requirements, and regulatory standards.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent and current Arkansas licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
Current CPR instructor status or obtained within six months of hire date.
Must be able to provide nursing care in a local pediatric day health care facility.
Must be flexible and work well under supervision.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to maintain detailed records of service.
- Two (2) years of experience providing medical and nursing care to children in a licensed healthcare facility
