Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity

Since 1983, The Bridge Way has been a quiet place for healing across our 18 acre campus. Over the years we have grown from a capacity of 66 to 113 beds and are poised to renovate and grow in the near future. Although the facility stands as one of the largest behavioral health programs in the state, our patients receive individualized care, and we offer therapeutic programming for children, adolescents and adults across inpatient, outpatient and residential services.

Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the senior leadership team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a hands‑on approach and keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high‑quality and cost‑effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

The CNO participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. The CNO will focus on 5 key areas:
People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
