Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Research

Health Care Support is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / APRN – Phase I Clinical Research to join a privately held Clinical Research Organization in Little Rock, Arkansas, specializing in early- and late-phase drug development with a strong focus on advancing innovative therapies within complex CNS and specialty disease areas.

• $175 K – $200 K annually (depending on experience)

• Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm | Needs to be flexible

• This role provides clinical and medical oversight at the research site, serving as a delegate of the Principal Investigator when appropriate. The position supports the successful execution of clinical trials in accordance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and all applicable regulatory requirements.

• APRN with an active medical license required
• Experience as a Sub-Investigator in industry-sponsored clinical trials highly preferred
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, IRB requirements, and GCP standards
• Psychiatric nursing experience
• Must have experience with Phase I–IV clinical research
