Ambulatory Surgery Center Manager (RN)
Central Arkansas Surgery Center | Full-Time | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
$75,000 - 85,000 DOE
Join our dynamic team at Central Arkansas Surgery Center, where patient-focused care meets excellence in outpatient surgery. We're seeking an experienced RN leader to drive clinical operations, support our growing team, and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
Position SummaryAs ASC Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role champions patient care, operational efficiency, and team collaboration across pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily ASC operations, including staffing, patient flow, and quality care
- Manage and develop clinical and clerical teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize operations
- Current Arkansas RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- BSN preferred
- 5+ years ASC/Hospital experience as an RN
- 3+ years leadership or management experience
