Position Overview

Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health is a premier adolescent mental health facility in Arkansas dedicated to providing hope and healing for children and teens with behavioral health challenges. We prioritize patient care through a supportive environment, continuous collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth within UHS.

As a Staff Nurse (RN) at Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health, you will be a key player in our patient care team. Your role will involve coordinating and evaluating patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members, following the nursing process and standards of care to ensure patients receive the best possible care.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  Associate’s Degree required.
• Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff, and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
