Certified Nursing Assistant supports patient care in a correctional facility in Little Rock, AR, providing 1-on-1 assistance and collaborating with nursing staff to maintain a safe environment. The role requires a strong focus on mobility support, vital sign monitoring, and adherence to protocols.

• Provide 1-on-1 patient care, including mobility assistance and daily activities
• Assist nursing staff with transferring and lifting patients safely
• Complete assigned tasks such as vital signs, weight checks, and running supplies
• Maintain a secure and safe environment in a correctional setting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care and adherence to protocols
• Work 36 hours per week rotating days and nights

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years CNA experience
• Experience providing 1-on-1 patient care
• Strong physical stamina for patient mobility and lifting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Corrections medical experience
• First Aid certification
