Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock, AR, seeking a full‑time Clinical Manager, RN to join our esteemed team. Our Clinical Manager will oversee a team of field clinicians.
The role divides its time between working in the office and supervisory visits in the field.

Requirements- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and good‑standing license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Solid experience with Home Health nursing and OASIS required
- Excellent clinical nursing skills
- Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
- A minimum of three professional references on application or upon initial contact
- Perform supervisory visits in the field
- Coordinate with scheduling as needed
- Create performance improvement plans
- Review visit notes for accuracy
- Audit notes and counsel staff when applicable
- Audit charts and other records as instructed
- Help improve re‑hospitalization rates and outcomes
- Perform nursing visits in the field as needed (if short‑handed due to staff out or other unexpected issues)
- Participation in rotating on‑call as needed
