Baptist Health seeks an experienced registered nurse to join the Behavioral Health Resource Team for day shift coverage. The nurse applies the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate patient care and demonstrates clinical competence and critical thinking in diverse patient scenarios.
Requires an Arkansas RN license; BSN preferred. CPR is required and some units may require ACLS, PALS, or NALS. Expect to float to other units when needed, with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule.
