Job Summary
A Registered Nurse who supervises one or more units with oversight of Employees, Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Finances, Strategic Goals, and System goals.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse in good standing with the state of Arkansas.
- BSN required;
Master’s degree preferred. - 2 years of managerial/leadership experience preferred.
- Specialty certification of unit area preferred.
- Health care CPR, ACLS and related competencies required.
This job will be authorized 8.00 hours bi-weekly.
