House Supervisor

Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health is one of Arkansas' premier adolescent mental health facilities offering hope and healing for children and teens who struggle with behavioral health issues. The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff to ensure patient care is provided accurately and timely. The position also supervises the care of all patients.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree preferred;
  Associate's Degree required.
• Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors, and staff. Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting. Supervisory/Managerial experience preferred.
