Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Specialty Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. The role supports the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate patient care during the night shift (1830–0700) with a bi-weekly 72-hour schedule.
New RN graduates or RNs in good standing in Arkansas are eligible. BSN preferred; CPR is required, ACLS/PALS/NALS training may be needed in some units. Work includes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.
